  • Masen Colucci (he/him)

    Co-Founder | Director | Cinematographer

    Masen Colucci is a director and cinematographer from Roselle, IL.  A graduate of Kenyon College, he has extensive film experience, beginning his career in a grip and lighting warehouse, then permitting on local film and TV projects with Local 476. Masen is passionate about creating digital content that centers trans and queer narratives, making high-quality visuals accessible to all. Masen is a proud trans man.

  • Irregular Girl (she/they)

    Co-Founder | Editor | Creative Director

    Irregular Girl is the drag persona of Regina Rodriguez, art school flop turned diva latina. During her BFA, Rodriguez created performance, video, and fibers work, all of which has fed into her role as a creative eye for Transit. The goal of her work is to tell stories that are like her own; stories about women, stories about trans people, stories about people of color, etc.

  • Sarah Gaglione (she/her)

    Creative Director | Photographer

    Sarah Gaglione is a queer artist from Dayton, Ohio. She graduated from Kenyon College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art. Her personal art practice includes sculpture, photography, and fiber art. New to the film industry, Sarah loves to draw from her experience in technical theater to help bring productions to life. She has a background in Arts Education and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and creativity with others.

  • Brady Furlich (she/her)

    Producer

    Brady Furlich is a queer artistic producer based in Chicago. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Visual and Critical Studies at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and serves as Transit’s administrator. With a breadth of experience in theater, event planning, and arts administration, she strives to create a collaborative and welcoming environment for Transit’s clients throughout the production process.

  • Dylan Bragassa (he/him)

    Graphics | Motion Design

    Dylan Bragassa is a motion graphics designer and filmmaker with a passion for breathing life into others’ creativity. With a degree in film criticism & theory, a background in marketing and visual design, as well as years of performing experience, Dylan’s big picture understanding of the production process makes him a helpful hand for collating the many moving parts of a production into a unified vision. His goal is to elevate the voices in his community with distilled, impactful productions.
